In Advance of a Tilt
Ah, the poker tilt. If a poker player claims never to have looked down the barrel of a looming tilt – they are either lying or they have not been gambling long enough. This does not indicate of course that every poker player has gone on tilt before, some people have excellent control and take their losses as a hit and keep it at that. To be a brilliant poker gambler, it is especially critical to approach your successes and your losses in the same manner – with little emotion. You compete in the game the same way you did following a difficult loss as you would after winning a big hand. Many of the poker masters are not attracted by tilting after a bad defeat as they are particularly seasoned and you really should be to.
You must be certain that you can’t win each hand you’re in, regardless if you are strongly favored. You have lost eighty dollars in a round where you were certain to pick up $200two hundred dollars when you decided to go all-in on the flop and enjoyed a ten to one advantage. And that fish!
